Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Effective date: 21 July 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WEB LAUNCH website and the digital agency services offered by WEB LAUNCH.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request services.
Specific projects may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement or invoice terms. In case of conflict, the signed project agreement prevails for that project.
2. About WEB LAUNCH
WEB LAUNCH is a digital agency providing professional services including website development, branding and logo design, SEO services, Google Business optimization, social media setup and management, Facebook and Instagram advertising, business email setup, lead generation forms and systems, website maintenance, landing pages, AI chatbot integrations and digital consulting.

3. Website Usage Rules
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, submit malicious files, spam forms, scrape content in an abusive manner, or use the website for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activities.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe misuse, security risk or legal non-compliance has occurred.
4. Digital Services Agreement
When you engage WEB LAUNCH, the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in a written proposal, quote or service agreement accepted by both parties.
Our services may include website development, branding, SEO, marketing and advertising support, social media services, maintenance, landing pages, email setup, lead systems, AI-related integrations and consulting. Unless expressly included in writing, a service description on the website is informational and does not constitute a guaranteed deliverable package.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Delays in providing materials, access or feedback may extend timelines. WEB LAUNCH is not responsible for delays caused by late client input.
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
- Provide required materials (texts, logos, images, credentials, brand guidelines) in a timely manner
- Confirm that you own or have lawful rights to use all materials you supply
- Provide timely feedback and approvals so work can progress
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials shared for project delivery
- Ensure your instructions comply with applicable laws and platform policies
6. Project Process
Unless otherwise agreed, projects typically follow stages such as discovery, planning, design, development or production, review and revisions, and delivery or launch support.
Milestones, approval points and acceptance criteria will be defined in the project agreement. Work after formal acceptance may be treated as additional services.
7. Revisions Policy
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds stated in the proposal or agreement (or a reasonable default of revision rounds communicated before work starts).
Revisions mean reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. New features, redesigns, additional pages, new campaigns, or changes after final approval are additional work and may require a new quote and timeline.
Feedback should be consolidated where possible to keep the process efficient.
8. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with content you provide or approve, including text, images, videos, trademarks, music, personal data and advertising claims.
WEB LAUNCH may refuse or request changes to content that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful. You remain responsible for final published claims about your business, products and services.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all amounts due for a project, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive ownership of the final agreed deliverables created specifically for you by WEB LAUNCH under that project.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, themes, APIs, open-source components, advertising platform assets) remain subject to their own licences. You are responsible for ongoing licence compliance where required.
Source files, working files, internal tools, frameworks, reusable components and know-how of WEB LAUNCH remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.
WEB LAUNCH may showcase non-confidential completed work in its portfolio, case studies and marketing materials, unless a written confidentiality or portfolio restriction is agreed in advance.
10. Payments and Fees
Fees, deposits, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in the proposal, invoice or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins, with remaining balances due at milestones or before final delivery/launch. Additional work outside scope is billed separately.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery or suspension of services. You remain responsible for fees for work already performed. Taxes, platform fees and third-party costs may apply as stated in the agreement.
11. Service Limitations
Digital services depend on many factors outside our exclusive control, including client materials, third-party platforms, hosting environments, browser updates, advertising auctions, search algorithms and end-user behaviour.
Website content and service pages describe typical capabilities and options. They are not a warranty that every listed option is included in every project.
12. SEO Disclaimer
SEO work is performed using professional practices intended to improve visibility and technical quality. However, WEB LAUNCH does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, leads or revenue.
Search results are controlled by search engines and influenced by competition, algorithm changes, content quality, backlinks, local factors and many other variables outside our control.
13. Advertising Disclaimer
Advertising services (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads) are subject to platform rules, auction dynamics, audience behaviour, creative performance and budget. Results vary.
WEB LAUNCH does not guarantee leads, sales, cost-per-result or campaign outcomes. Advertising platforms control delivery, review, rejection and account status.
14. Website Maintenance Terms
Maintenance services, where purchased, may include updates, backups, security checks, monitoring, bug fixes and content updates within the agreed package.
Maintenance does not automatically include major redesigns, new feature development, third-party costs, or recovery from incidents caused by client changes, insecure credentials, or unsupported modifications, unless included in writing.
15. Hosting and Domain Responsibility
Unless WEB LAUNCH expressly manages hosting or domain registration under a written agreement, you remain responsible for your hosting account, domain renewals, DNS configuration, billing with providers and access credentials.
Service interruptions caused by hosting providers, DNS, SSL issuers or domain registries are outside WEB LAUNCH control, though we may assist where retained to do so.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, CMS plugins and AI vendors. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and policies.
WEB LAUNCH is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or feature removals by third parties.
17. AI-Generated Content
Where AI tools are used (for example chatbots, content assistance, automation or integrations), outputs may be imperfect, incomplete or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before public use, especially legal, medical, financial or high-risk claims.
AI features depending on third-party models or APIs may change, rate-limit or become unavailable. Confidential data should not be submitted to AI tools unless appropriate safeguards and agreements are in place.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEB LAUNCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity or revenue arising from website use or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of a project is limited to the fees paid to WEB LAUNCH for that specific project during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except in cases of wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEB LAUNCH and its team from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, materials, instructions, unlawful use of services, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms or a project agreement.
20. Termination
Either party may terminate a project as set out in the applicable agreement, or for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period after notice.
Upon termination, you shall pay for work performed and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, payment, liability, indemnity and confidentiality) continue after termination.
21. Force Majeure
WEB LAUNCH is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, utility failures, cyberattacks, epidemics, government actions, or major outages of internet, cloud, payment or platform providers.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of the website or services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEB LAUNCH is lawfully registered and operates, currently anticipated to be the Republic of Kosovo, unless a signed project agreement specifies a different governing law.
Courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory shall have authority over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot be waived.
